What a foam roof is

Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) goes on as a liquid and expands into one solid, seamless layer across your roof. Then it gets a protective coating that takes the sun.

Why it works in Vegas heat

No seams for monsoon rain to find. The coating reflects sunlight instead of soaking up heat. It's light, it seals around vents and edges, and when it wears, it can usually be re-coated instead of torn off.

Why most companies can't offer it

Foam takes a spray rig and a crew that knows how to lay it down right. Most roofing companies don't have the equipment. We do, and we run it ourselves.

My dad's goal was a family roofing company. We built it.

My dad roofed in Las Vegas for more than 20 years, and a lot of my family are roofers too. When I was about 10, he started taking me to work. I swept debris off the ground, tore off shingles, and passed tools up to him when he was working on big buildings. I loved all of it.

As I got older, he taught me, my cousins and my uncles the right way to install every kind of roof, plus the business side of it. His goal was for us to have our own family-owned roofing company.

My dad passed away in 2025. Armando and I kept going. We failed the licensing tests back to back and kept at it until Armando passed. After that, things started falling into place. In August 2026, Advanced Roofing LLC became a licensed company.

Today it's me, my cousin Armando and my older sister. We're building what my dad wanted, the way he taught us.

What does a roof repair or new roof cost?

It depends on the roof: the size, the material, how steep it is, what's underneath and how much damage there is. A foam re-coat usually costs less than a full replacement. We'll come look and give you a real number, free.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Warranties vary from job to job, depending on the roof and the work, so we'll go over exactly what yours covers when we quote.

Do I need a repair or a whole new roof?

Not sure? Just call. Edwin or Armando will tell you straight. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so.

What is a foam roof, and how do you keep it going?

It's spray foam that forms one seamless layer, topped with a protective coating. Keep the coating in good shape and the foam underneath stays protected. Re-coating when it's due is how a foam roof keeps going without a tear-off.
